Google ice grippers for shoes and you will find many to choose from.
All you really need are shoes with hard rubber soles and good traction. There are handrails also. My husband was 92 at the time and had no problem at all. Of course, if you think they will help then certainly take them with you.
We just returned from this trip and didn't find the Ice Palace slippery. Just wear appropriate shoes (had soles/traction) and walk carefully, sue the hand rails. No one in our group of 24 fell or had any issues.
We've been to many ice caves - you don't need the grippers. Just get some good sneakers w/good traction like Keen, Merrill, etc.
