Trying to complete my VISA. When I upload my picture (which I took myself on my phone) I get this "Portrait photo was captured from another source. Your application may be rejected. Please upload another photo" What does that mean??

I Googled what you quoted. Others have had that problem. Are you trying to upload your application from your phone? It not, you may be having an Apple vs PC issue. Take the selfie and upload the application from the phone. Don't transfer the image to a different device. Other than that, could just be a recurring glitch. Keep trying.
