Transport from Marrakesh Airport to Rabat to start tour

We were able to get a direct flight on Delta from Atlanta to Marrakech in April, 2026. We land at 7:15am and need transportation from airport to Rabat to start the Tauck tour. This will be for 4 adults and 4 bags plus 4 carry-ons. It looks like about a 3 1/2 hr drive, so we would get there pretty early.

Any recommendations on drivers, transport companies, any sites to stop and see on the way to Rabat?

    Hi Billy,

    We landed in Casablanca and met by our Tauck driver who transported us to Rabat. You may contact Tauck and ask for alternate transportation to Rabat from Marrakesh.

    No direct flights on the dates I searched to Rabat and a direct from ATL to Marrakech to avoid other connections Like Paris or London is much preferrable with a short 3 1/2 hr drive to the hotel. Tauck would pickup in Rabat or Casablanca but not Marrakech. No directs to Casa either...by the way.

    That’s a long ride. We took an 18 day Morocco tour this year that began and ended in Casablanca.

    Ask Tauck for the name of the transport company they use. Call that company directly to get an estimate.

    We used Air Maroc for direct flights to and from Casablanca. Impressive service. Great amenity kit too.

    We were very happy with traveling by train in Morocco - take a taxi or arrange a driver from the airport to the train station...
