You will be assisted getting in and out of the tenders. How many there will be is dependent on passenger count.
When we took this tour last April, there were two tender ports, Lemnos and Santorini. The water was quite choppy in Santorini, and was rough boarding and debarking the tender at the ship. On our trip, Mykonos was not a tender port, but it frequently is one. It was quite windy there and the water was very choppy. In other ports, the gangway stairs were steep.
