Thank you, Mark H! I may follow up closer to the trip to see if there have been changes since the last time they read me the daily itinerary (that was months ago). The understanding of the daily itinerary seems to vary depending on which operator you get.
Yes, BKMD! Being able to plan free time is important, particularly when it is broken up. For those of you who will be on a Tauck tour in Paris, there is a big Matisse exhibit at the Grand Palais. We've decided to do the first activity that day but then skip the panoramic bus tour (always our least favorite activity) to get timed tickets to the Matisse exhibit. I've talked with Tauck and got the information I needed, to know when to go off on our own. On another day Tauck was still working out the details and that's ok. Things can and do happen but more information about the days is always appreciated.
