Scandinavia Trip Beginning July 4, 2014

I am a solo traveling with two friends, one whom I met on a Tauck Tour to India last year. We plan on taking the Under the Bridges Tour, on our free day. Any other suggestions would be appreciated, in any of the cities we will be visiting. Need nice restaurant in Copenhagen either in Tivoli Gardens or elsewhere.I am coming from California, friends coming from Chicago, and Mass. Look forward to hearing from over travelers on this trip.     I am traveling (from NC) solo on this trip and looking forward to meeting everyone. A friend who knows Stockholm recommends these restaurants: The Flying Elk in Old Town-Malartorget 15; Melander-Soderhallarna, Medborgarplatsen 3, 118 72 Stockholm; Lux and The Grand Hotel--no addresses were given for these.
