Michigan's Lakes

I am interested in the summer Michigan's Lakes and Mackinac Island. If you have taken the trip, would you recommend it? I have taken many Tauck trips and this one seems a bit low-key but I would like to see the lake area. My time is flexible--would June be a pleasant weather month?

    mngunnells, I think June is a great month to explore the beauty of this destination. I have been there in March many years ago with my friends. That was also a nice time to visit this region. In fact this resort area is well known among the summer travelers. Millions of people come here around the world to enjoy their summer holidays.
