Kazuri Beads

My husband and I are booked on the 7/7 Kenya/Tanzania Classic Safari. I have been researching and have discovered Kazuri Beads that are made in Nairobi by single women. Are these beads/jewelry available in any of the lodges the tour stays in? Jewelry is always my souvenir of choice :)

    Hi patravelbug,

    They appear to be made in Karen, which is a suburb of Nairobi. . I cannot guarantee that they are sold at the shops at the lodges.

    My best advice would be to ask your Tour Director as they will know or can find out where you can purchase these beautiful beads
