As Ken said, it's available but not cheap. On the Inspire in 2015 it was 8 euros for mens slacks and 6-7.5 euros for a shirt. Ladies prices slightly lower. The service is good though. You put your items in a laundry bag with a form filled out and leave it on your bed before heading out for the day. My items were always back the next afternoon hanging in my room.
There is also a pullout hanging line in the shower if you want to wash out your own items. Works well for lightweight items - synthetic blends - but cotton or wool items might take a couple of days to fully dry.
