are the fairmont hotels air-conditioned in both hotel rooms and dining rooms?

    The Fairmont hotel in Calgary is fine, and the ones in Banff Springs and Lake Louise are particularly lovely. The main lodge at Jasper is quite nice, although the rooms themselves are spread out among multiple cabins and are simpler but ok.
    On the other hand, the lodges in Glacier Natl Park are very, very rustic. Maybe the dining room has a/c, but the rooms do not. Read the disclaimer * in tne description located under pricing. Then go online and look up the Glacier hotels.
    The scenery is gorgeous everywhere you look.
    This was our first Tauck trip back in 2011. We have been loyal Tauck travelers ever since.
