Elevation in Tanzania

Hi: My wife and I are going on the Tanzania/Kenya tour in September. I have COPD and I use a CPAP. Two questions: Did anyone have a problem with the altitude during this trip? Is electricity available for the CPAP machine at all the locations. Thanks.

    We just returned. My Uncle is 88 and he did not have any trouble with the elevation nor did anyone else in our group. The only place we stayed where we could not plug anything in or charge anything was at the Kikoti Lodge. There was electricity in the tent to power the lights they had but we did not see any outlets. Everywhere else there were outlets by the bed or by the desk etc. so we had options.
