Which excursions not to miss, or any to avoid?

We are booked on the September 9 departure from Venice, and would appreciate any feedback on the excursions offered. There are so many choices! Any other feedback or suggestions on any aspect of this trip would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    I found it difficult to choose. I went with the least strenuous, but they all sound wonderful

    I too would like to hear from past travelers on these excursions. There is a lot to choose from. I would like to know if the winery in Korcula is good. From the reviews I see that the Grk wine is hard to find and wonderful.

    We are also on the Sept 9 cruise and am anxiously awaiting replies on the best tours to take.
