What to wear in March Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand
We are always traveling, but this trip is the first in Southeast Asia. What to bring for dinners out and resort nights.
I know about travel comfort during the day but I hear it’s super hot and muggy !

A lot of different climates in that region especially during shoulder seasons. I spent a week in Hanoi in March of 2018. Long pants and light jackets worked well. Layers that could be taken off as the day warmed up. It never got very warm in North Vietnam and never encountered any days that were hot or muggy. Not sure about other regions during March.
I was in Vietnam and Cambodia last March. The southern part of VN and Cambodia were hot and muggy but not unbearable. Keep in mind that most of your dinners will be in air conditioned restaurants or hotels. I -- along with almost everyone else on the trip -- did a Vespa food tour of Saigon/Ho Chi Minh City one night. I was comfortable wearing just a cotton top and capris. You will not need to dress up.
