Just a suggestion to Tauck, if people already booked tours and downloaded the app. Why not post in the messages drop down updates for those people for that specific trip. Or at least open it so the participants in that trip can share thoughts.
May put people’s fears for their trip at ease a bit.
By the way I think you guys are doing the best job you can in this unusual circumstance.
