Egypt covid test requirement

I am on the Nov 21 Jewels of the Nile tour. Labs that can issue a covid test with a lab stamp or QR code are designated as "CLIA" labs. So google such labs in your area. I found two in my area and will get the test next week for a payment of $225 with results emailed the next day. I can also pick up the card the next day. Some will provide same day results and a card for an even higher fee. These labs don't seem to advertise. .
