Working email address for Tauck that someone actually responds to ?

The Tauck website "contact us" is the pits. I've sent 3 emails and got know responses. There use to be a very nice Tauck associate there that was very helpful, Mary Hill, but it seems she is no longer there :( . I have several questions about a upcoming trip booking and the website is not giving me the answers I need. The wait times to talk to someone are ridiculous and they don't have a "we'll call you back when it's your turn" feature like the airlines. If anyone has a working email address for a helpful Tauck associate please share it. Thanks

    No other email I know of. I’ve only emailed them a few times and never had a quick response, it can take weeks.
    There is a call back feature that works well, but sometimes it appears not to be an option. I suggest the only thing you can do is try calling again to see if it is working,

    I can't speak to contacting an associate via email about the particulars of a trip. However, I have had success on the IT side when I needed to get something fixed with my online account after a profile change an associate made did not carry through. esupport@tauck.com put me in contact with a System Support Specialist. I heard back same day and what I need to be changed was. It turns out some changes on the reservation side don't automatically carry to online access and your profile.

    I’m surprised. A couple of weeks ago I was having difficulty getting thru on the phone. It wasn’t critical…just wanted to add the balloon ride to our Australia trip next year…but wanted to do it while I was thinking of it. I decided to use the “contact us” email option, it was done in less than 5 minutes with new documents emailed, etc. Perhaps your questions are something you actually need to speak to someone about and they’re swamped, not an excuse tho. Try pressing the “1” after they put you on hold to see if that call back option is still available even tho they don’t announce it.

    Thanks for all the replies. Apparently someone at Tauck saw the post and Melissa at Tauck gave me a call. She was very helpful and all my issues have been resolved. Thanks again to her if she sees this. We are looking forward to traveling again.
