FYI....The French Escapades farewell dinner is still at Fouquet's and they serve only sea bass for the entree. I don't eat fish and listed it on the arrival paperwork. When we arrived at the restaurant, they had a menu at the place settings. I explained to the woman in charge that I don't eat fish. She was very annoyed and said, "Well do you eat chicken?" I said yes. I told the tour director, and she asked if I told the woman. She didn't follow-up. I was served a cold bowl of pasta. I'm very surprised this hasn't been changed.

    Hmmm. We finished Normandy, Brittany . . . . a few weeks ago, and were given a choice- bass or veal at the farewell. The veal was very tender, but bland so really needed the peppercorn sauce.
