Budapest to Amsterdam River Boat Cruise July 2017

A friend and I will be on the July River Boat Cruise from Budapest to Amsterdam and would like to know if it is cooler in the evening on the boat. Will we need a sweater or jacket at night? Thanks.

    In July inside it shouldn't be a problem. If you want to go up on the sun deck for happy hour or after dinner, you may want a sweater or wrap of some sort. It can be cool, breezy up there especially if the ship is underway. They frequently get underway for the next port in the evening. Being up there for happy hour is one of the best parts of river cruising.
