What is the current river level on the Rhine....hi,lo,normal?

Here is a link to a website that shows levels for all the rivers in Europe.

It's somewhat useful. Doesn't really tell you whether it's enough to affect sailing.

We did a fall Rhine/Moselle cruise a few years ago with low water levels but it didn't affect our tour.
