Kenya to South Africa

On a back to back tour from Kenya Tanzania flying into South Africa, would there be an issue having an exempt Yellow Fever immunization letter from USA after a tour from Kenya entering South Africa? I read that flying from USA to South Africa is OK. But if you are flying from the Yellow Fever belt from Kenya directly to South Africa, would there be an issue?

Your question, There could be, you never know. Depends on the day, the agent, whether there is an active outbreak in Kenya while you are there. You have to decide whether you want to risk all that anxiety waiting to see if they ask for proof of the shot. Me, I like to protect myself and avoid added stress.
