When will the new app be functional for Spring trip departures???

I have downloaded the app, but it does me no good since my trip does not yet have any information. And we depart April 12 for the April 14 departure of BELGIUM AND HOLLAND IN THE SPRING. It sounds like a great idea, so when will all the upcoming...soon... info be available?

    Hi Dixie Chick,

    In another thread, TauckTim said that their goal was to roll out the app content before the first departure of each trip. So it could be April before you see it or it could be sooner.

    He said, "If you're not sure if your trip is available, or you're seeing anything funky like tours disappearing, give us a shout at esupport@tauck.com - we'd love to help! :)"

    So if you're anxious about it, send them an e-mail.

    We have tha same question. Our August trip has loaded into the app however our April 21 river cruise from Amsterdam is still not active. On the surface it makes no sense however in the IT World it might. Looking forward to this feature.

    We depart for Blue Danube 12 April which hasn't been activated yet either. I'm just hoping it will be up before then.
