For anyone doing planning or getting ready to go on the Botswana, South Africa, Zambia tour, here are some really useful links:
Government of Tanzania information about the KAZA UNIVISA.
This one visa which is only $50 (cheaper that the single or multi-entry visa?) allows unlimited crossings between Zambia and Zimbabwe and it satisfies the visa requirements for both countries and is good for 30 days! Whether you plan to cross into Zimbabwe or not, this appears to be the one to get.

Note, the hotel is owned by Antara. In addition to hotel info and pictures, the website has a very helpful live chat- I just used it (@ 9:30 am EDT / 3:30 pm Livingstone time.)
