Mid September weather in Florence and Cinque Terre

We are going on the tour mid - September. I am wondering how cool it will really be? Down coat or windbreaker with liners? Any other tips for this tour?

    Go to weather .com or look at weather on the Tour page, pull down menu, preparing to go, weather. Last time we went to Italy inSeptember there was a heatwave. I suggest never booking a trip until you have researched weather first if that is important to you.
