Restaurant recommendation in Milan
Here is the name of a restaurant that the tour directors recommended while we were in Milan. It is one of the places used by locals and away from the tourist area. About a five or so minutes walk from the Tauck hotel. I love risotto and make a mean risotto myself but ate the best ever here

That sounds great British, I will add it to my restaurant list. I also love risotto, but as you note its hard to find a terrific one.
