Large plastic packing bags

Does anyone know if we can pack in the 12by 12 plastic bags for Botswana ,I saw where ziplock prohibitive there with $500.00 fine.

    There was an answer on another thread. What about Zambia and South Africa, I’m not going there soon so have not checked.

    Thanks ,I read on Trip Advisor Ban on plastic bags was postponed.
