    Weather is impossible to predict these days, however we did a Rhine/Moselle cruise in Oct a few years ago and it was mostly cold and overcast/rainy for most of it. Just heard a stat today that Amsterdam has 214 days of rain per year. Also the days will be shorter. Focus packing on layers, rain/wind protection, bring hat and gloves, etc. Dress will mostly be casual except for the gala night in Vienna (we did your cruise this past summer). .
