True. My Dad was a Chinese cook, among othe things. LOL. Japanese are obsessively clean, but I would venture to try the blowfish.
Actually did have blowfish once. Soso. Might not have but since it was cooked I thought there was no danger. Nope, just as dangerous if it's been prepared wrong.
