River travel? Oops, not so fast!

I received Tauck's latest e-blast today? Could there be a problem? The water levels are receding, but what about the damage to the riverside towns and villages? The loss of life and destruction to houses, buildings, infrastructure, cars, etc. is really sad. And, just when tourism was starting to ramp up again.
