Wine/Food Tastings and other things to do in Milan

My wife and I will be arriving in Milan the day before (Sept 18 2022) our Bellissima Northern Italy tour begins. Does anyone have suggestions for wine, food tasting, cooking classes or anything else you found interesting to do on your own.

    The cathedral is a must, especially the roof tour. The opera house is very near too for a tour.
