Booking Restaurants on Grand Alaska Cruise

Should I be looking at booking restaurant reservations on the ship beforehand or does Tauck do that once we're on the trip by offering reservations at the various restaurants each night? Is there anything I should be booking on the ship in advance?

    If Covid is so rampant on the ship, maybe we should be getting room service! Yes really!

    When we did the trip our TD pre-booked dinners at the steakhouse and the Italian restaurant for everyone. No need to book yourself.
