In the Tauck Travelers facebook page today someone posted an comment that they were on the MS Emerald and everything back to normal with staffing, Arthurs being open, ala carte dinners. Someone else on the Sapphire chimed in that it was the same. Hurray.

    I read that too, Claudia. Sounds promising! She seemed very excited about it, and now I'm excited also!

    We leave in two weeks for a Rhine cruise on the Inspire. I received a letter this afternoon from Tauck - "maybe" no daily housekeeping, only on request, no Arthurs, buffets dinners, and general reduced services, etc. They said it is a staffing issue.
