edited July 2022 in General Discussion

Not only Alaska, of course, but this report focuses on Canada's weak regulations. Author interviewed July 15 on CBC's As It Happens. Don't shoot the messenger svp.

  • Are you expecting me to feel guilty Market Art. This will be my first cruise and probably my last.

  • No, of course not, just presenting a news article. Uh-oh, your last?

  • Yes, I know you were. Wondering how we will cope with so many people. I’m not talking about Covid. We avoided cruises because being on a massive floating hotel has never appealed. Maybe we will be converted.

  • I just looked at the Princess cruises to Alaska and it can be anywhere from 2600 to 3560 passengers not including crew. I am so happy that we are going with Silversea where there are only 382 passengers and 295 crew members.

  • Princess now has a mask mandate in public areas
