Filing a claim. Advice to ensure I’m providing what is needed. Trip interrupted due to Covid:
I have RAT positive, hotel with room service meals, 2 cab receipts and flight receipt. All receipts are in NZ$. I’ve also printed out my credit card receipts showing each charge in US$.
@Lizb--Either you or Tauck can open a claim with AON. You will be emailed a File/Claim/Reference Number and a comprehensive list of what you need to upload to AON.
