What’s included in Walking Tours in Edinburgh?

Different sites are mentioned but do we actually go inside and see them, such as St Giles Cathedral and Parliament?
We leave in about 2 weeks and wanted to plan where to go during our free time.

    We did this tour many years ago but when we did the walking tour of the Castle and Royal Mile we entered St. Giles. I don’t remember spending a lot of time there. It is still active. What I remember is the steeple, window over the entrance dedicated to Robert Burns, and a section dedicated to war dead.

    There's a small cafe in the crypt of St. Giles (at least there was in 2019, when I was last there). Not an extensive menu, but good for a quick, inexpensive bite.
