Traveling with a Backpack and a CPAP Machine

When you bring a backpack on the trip on the bus, do you have to carry it when we are sightseeing or can we leave it on the bus.I do have a regular size CPAP machine that I will bring on the bus, if the driver or Director says its best to go down with the luggage then i can do either way.

    I assume you mean on land tours then generally yes you can leave personal items on the coaches. On cruises multiple coaches are often used so make sure you get back on the same one. In rare circumstances the group transfers to an alternative form of transport and you may need to take all.personal items with you. This happened on the Crown Jewels Switzerland tour where we had train journeys as part of the itinerary.
