Cruise to Japan

I have read many of the comments about a trip to Japan. Although many suggest the land tour, I've decided on the cruise...April 2025. The older I get the more I appreciate the cruise convenience and have traveled to many places in Asia. I have been traveling with Tauck since 2007 and have never been disappointed. Also cruised on a number of LePonant ships...always enjoyable. All that being said, I would appreciate any comments about the trip from travelers...clothes I should pack, electronic problems, activity levels...anything you think may be helpful. I am almost 80 and traveling solo...Thanks...
