Duffels/backpacks for kids
The kids received both a duffel and a backpack. (I didn't realize they would also get a duffel). Are they supposed to take BOTH on the small planes during the safaris? We leave in 3 days! So excited!

Yup. Backpack is their carry-on or personal item (depending on the airline you fly with to get to Tanzania) and the duffle is the "suit-case" to and from the Serengeti portion of the trip (just like everyone else).
