In the past and still now in order for me to log-in I need to go into a VPN and set it for a fake USA location to log-in. Using my Canadian ISP it won’t let me. I’m sure I’m not the only one and I’m surprised Tauck has not fixed that by now.

I'm not sure Tauck wants to "fix" it. For years clients in Oz could not call Tauck HQ in Wilton, CT, instead their calls were intentionally re-routed to a subsidiary in Oz (contract feature?). Customers reported less than a stellar experiences dealing with the subsidiary and prices may have been different, too. Those who have been around awhile might remember Jan Durkin from Oz who reported on and always complained about this problem. When things got really bad, she found a way around it. Then, when the new website and forum software were implemented, folks in the UK were similarly blocked. Without VPN, our UK friends can only access the forums to read them, they can not post (contract or security feature?). I'm not sure, but "Private Browsing", available when using Firefox, might work.
