Tanzania Family Safari - Bridges trip Dec 22
My family - 10 of us - My husband and me, our 2 sons, DILs and 4 grandchildren ages 11 - 14 will be on our 1st Bridges tour. A couple of questions -
On the short air flights with the duffle bags - are you also allowed a personal item on the plane? Such as a back pack?
Does Tauck provide a water bottle (reusable ones)? My husband and I have traveled many place with Tauck and always received one - and we are just trying to figure out we should bring ones. I do understand we would only refill from the bottle water provided.
Any other general tips on what to bring would be appreciated!

Hello. We took the tour this past July, 9 of us. I did post about most of our tour if you look back in the July timeline of forum page for this destination. Yes, you can take a backpack too. Yes, they provide reusable water bottles You grandkids will receive backpacks about a month before which includes water bottles. Their backpacks are huge! My personal opinion is that some of the activities are geared to slightly younger kids than yours. You get lots of gifts along the way from your tour director. If you get Chris Mancini as your tour director, he is awesome. We had him for this tour and a previous one to Southern Africa.
Glad to answer any other questions
Thank you! I have read and appreciated all of you posts. We are so looking forward to this experience!
