Driver/guide based in Turin
Happy New Year, everyone! We are already looking forward to our week in Piedmont with Tauck later this year. This is a new tour and a part of the country that I am not familiar with, nor do I have any contacts in the area. Has anyone by chance ever used a driver/guide from Turin? I tried looking at the website "Driver in Italy" that is often recommended here, but they don't seem to serve that area. I could certainly see if they have any contacts, or simply try Tripadvisor, if I don't get anywhere with a "personal" recommendation. I have also contacted the hotel but hotel rates tend to be quite high. Thanks for any suggestions.

We have used the travel agency IC Bellagio, in Bellagio, Italy to put together two custom designed multi-week tours, Sicily and Umbria/Tuscany, for four of us. They arranged for English speaking drivers and tour guides for the venues. They did a great job. I'm sure they can put together just what you are looking for in Turin.
