    2 hrs 15 minutes from Kyoto train station to Tokyo station and then from Tokyo station on Narita Express to the Airport for 1 hr one way train ride.

    Once you get off the train at Narita, hopefully it is close to the international terminal.

    Just transiting from the domestic to international terminal in Narita will take a 15 minutes bus ride if you can find the bus.

    There's a stop for Terminals 2-3 and a separate stop for Terminal 1 on the NEX
