Hotel Spas on this trip?

in Normandy, Brittany, Paris & the Loire Valley
We're taking this tour in September of this year. Some of the hotels look like they have beautiful spas. If you want to visit one of them, do you book it through Tauck or contact the hotel directly? Can anyone recommend any of these spas as being really special? Any information will be appreciated!

    When you are on the tour, the tour director can probably make a reservation for you.
