Holland and Belgium River Cruise 2016

Hi,
We are planning on cruising on the Holland and Belgium trip in April 2016. My husband is interested in taking a side trip to the battlefield of Waterloo. Has anyone taken this tour, or know of how to arrange it? Would appreciate any info.
