Late September weather in the Canadian Rockies

Greetings! We have the "Best of the Canadian Rockies" trip set for July 2016, but because of a family conflict may have to change to the September 30 trip. Can anyone enlighten us on the trend with weather, fall colors and other aspects of making this trip that late in the tour season? Thanks much! PML
