Since you posted this in the Canadian Rockies forum it's kind of hard to say for sure. If you go to the web page on this site for your actual tour, click on the link titled "Before You Go", then scroll down and it should have a tab called "What to Pack".
The standard for most Tauck tours is a pair of broken in walking shoes. Maybe a pair of lace up low hikers or sneakers for day wear then a pair of slipons for the evening just to give your feet a change. Depends on what you like to wear.
