French Waterways Cruise

We are on river cruise in Sept ending in Lyon. Does TGV train go directly to CDG and how much time should we leave at CDG to get through security? Wonder if people who took this cruise in May and June have advice.

    I don't believe the TGV goes directly to CDG. You could go Lyon to Paris, then Paris to CDG. I think there is a regional train service (RER) that has trains between Lyon and CDG.

    We took this cruise in Jul 2014 and at the end flew Air France from Lyon to CDG, then Paris to the US. Because of this we cleared security at Lyon - don't remember there being any major delay. This was before the attacks in Paris and Belgium so there could be some change. Our flight left Lyon atl 1:40 (takes an hour to CDG) and we had to be off the ship by 9 so we had plenty of time. At CDG we had a 2 hour layover. I don't remember any particular delay there except having to take the tram from one terminal to another.
