Prague a day early?

We are arriving in Prague on August 10th, the afternoon before our Eastbound river cruise begins from Prague to Vienna. Got some good restaurant recommendations on the forum. Any suggestions on how to spend our time before we all meet up on August 11th? Do not want to see things Tauck will be showing us. This will be our first river cruise, and we are looking forward to meeting every one!
