Rafting trip requires a waiver. Since this is a Bridges tour for youngsters, how risky is it?

Many tours have waivers, it is just good practice to have them these days.

Class 2 whitewater - lowest rating of whitewater - enough to get you wet, but not much more. Very little, if any risk, of leaving the boat (unless you want to). If you have concerns, your tour director will have more information.
