Budapest to Amsterdam Sep. 10

I was wondering what the time is for breakfast? Also what time do the tours usually begin? Lastly what time is dinner?

It will vary slightly from day to day depending on the ship or tour sked:

6-10 Early Breakfast in the bistro at the aft end of the ship - it has a self serve coffee machine with several settings available pretty much 24/7. At breakfast they also provide a cold continental breakfast of juice, milk, cereal, pastries, fruit, cheese, yogurt, etc.

7-10 Full Breakfast in the Compass Rose dining room - all of the above plus hot options like eggs, pancakes, waffles.

Tours typically start about 9:00. If a longish bus ride is involved then the time might be 8:30.

In the evening there is a happy hour with passed hors d'oeuvres as well as drinks (which are pretty much available all day). This lasts a hour and may start anytime between 5-6 but always earlier than dinner hour.

Dinner typically runs from 6-8. Most nights in the main dining room you can go down anytime within that range. For the welcome or farewell dinners the start time may be specified for all.

Every evening while you are at dinner, your room attendant will turn down your bed and leave a very detailed sked for the next day. You'll also get a briefing from the tour or cruise director about what to expect the next day. This may happen on the bus coming back from a tour or in the lounge during happy hour.
