11/21/16 trip...how will trip be effected by the king's death in Thailand

Anyone have any information about how our trip will be effected by the death of the king? I understand that the mourning will be for a year and things may be closed during the first month....

I think you are going to have to do a lot of reading about this on sites like the. BBC and go to the websites of the attractions you are supposed to be seeing. You could call Tauck, but it may be too early for them to determine yet. Of course it could de-stabilize the country as time goes on, so it might be better to visit the country sooner rather than later. If you took out insurance, you might be able to cancel if you are really concerned. Good luck, and if you find out iany info, maybe you could post it here.
